Located in an enjoyable environment, it is an ideal spot either for those who love an active holiday or those who prefer to spend quiet days amongst nature and the culture of our village.

RENTAL SHOP NEXT DOOR
In the same building – with parking – you can find the rental shop GROS SPORT if you rent your ski equipment.

Within 200 metres, there is a bar with a newsstand and a typical mountain restaurant where you can taste delicious Italian food and pizzas.

LIFTS 250 METRES AWAY
The Olympic four-seat chairlift, which links Jouvenceaux with Sportinia, is just three minutes walk from the apartments. At its start, there is a ski slope for beginners with a moving carpet for skiers and a lovely bar/restaurant.

PRIVATE TERRACE/SOLARIUM
The apartments face onto an expansive sun terrace with a stunning view of the mountains. You can eat outdoors, relax and sunbathe, especially in the summer. The property lies in a large garden and orchard.

PARKING
Car parking is available either indoors or outdoor.

SAUZE D'OULX
About one kilometre from Jouvenceaux, you can reach Sauze D'Oulx with a pleasant ten-minute walk or by bus. During the winter, we connect to the main village by a shuttle or the local public bus that stops just in front.

Weekend dedicated to relaxation, surrounded by nature. Comfortable apartment equipped with everything you need. Friendly and helpful staff who can make you feel at home; Thanks Giulia for her advice on places to visit and restaurants where you can taste great food and thanks Francesca for your super relaxing massages. Wellness center with attention to the smallest details, clean and relaxing environment overlooking the snow-capped peaks. What can I say, I hope to visit you soon!

Excellent location, the apartments are cozy, clean and the hospitality of the Gros family is truly recommendable to everyone, also the SPA Wellness connected to the structure completes the service, if you then want to ski and rent equipment always at the top, the family ski rental concludes the service at 360°

Great stay! I have stayed several times with my family at the Piero Gros Apartments and have always had a great time! The beautiful mountain-style apartments are spacious, clean and tidy. Jouvenceaux is next to Sauze d'Oulx and belongs to ViaLattea. Very good and quiet place to enjoy a ski vacation. About 150 meters from the Jouvenceaux-Sportinia chairlift. The owners, the Gros family, are very friendly and helpful. The apartments are very comfortable, clean and with very good heating. They have ski rental on the same site.

Delightful and well-equipped apartments with a terrace overlooking the mountains. The staff is welcoming and helpful. It is possible to rent excellent equipment in their shop attached to the apartments. The shuttle stop is in front of the building and you can reach the plant in a few minutes. It was a very pleasant holiday!

Om Sauze d'Oulx

Sauze d'Oulx (pronounced: [sauze duls]) is a town in Piedmont (northern Italy) located 80 km (50 miles) from Turin. Back in 2006 it held the freestyle skiing events for the 2006 Olympic Winter Games. Together with the villages Pragelato, Sestriere, Claviere, Cesana Torinese, San Sicario and Montgenèvre, in France, it makes up the Via Lattea (Milky Way) 400 km skiing area. Since the beginning of the 19th century, Sauze d'Oulx has been a destination for the Turin aristocracy, and is still a skiing favourite because of its natural and accessible location.
