Palace Residences 1 have a selection of studio apartments that can sleep 2 people and one-bedroom apartments that can sleep up to 4 if you're OK with 2 on a sofa bed in the lounge.

All apartments are furnished with mountain style solid wood with a kitchenette/cooking area, fridge and dishwasher, lounge/dining area with Sat-TV, direct dial telephone, safety deposit box, bathroom with shower and hairdryer, bed /bathroom/kitchen linen, balcony with deckchair facing the mountains, reserved parking space in the garage.

Sestriere is part of the Vialattea ski area, an international ski area that includes 7 other mountain resorts all connected to each other. The other locations are Sauze d’Oulx, Oulx, Sansicario, Cesana, Pragelato, Claviere and the French Montgenèvre. They offer 400 Km of slopes: more than 249 runs (7 green ones, 80 blue ones, 120 red ones and 42 black ones) and 70 lifts. The ski area is vast and varied, thus able to meet all expectations. Either alone or along with one of the 800 ski and snowboard instructors from one of the 14 schools in the area you’ll discover how unique these places are, the tracks, slopes and the paths that twist and turn between the firs and larches… and why not, relax and enjoy a nice glass of red wine or an extraordinary traditional dish in one of the lodges in the ski area. Italian cuisine lovers won’t be disappointed in the Vialattea villages; more than 30 lodges give comfort to the skiers who prefer to stay out on the slopes all day without giving up their deserved break in front of a typical dish.
